These terms apply to every order on this site.

Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Delivery costs, if any, are shown in your cart before you pay. You pay when you place the order, with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United States only. Handling time: orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day are processed the same day, later orders on the next working day (0-1 working days). Transit time: delivery in the United Kingdom then takes 5-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays and Chinese public holidays. See Delivery.
Returns and cancellation
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. See Returns. As our own policy, you can also cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, email [email protected]. Your mandatory consumer rights under the law of the state where you live still apply.

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. We reply within two working days.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to your order. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the state where you live.
