Orders and delivery
How much is delivery?
US delivery is free on every order.
When will my order arrive?
Handling time: orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day are processed the same day, later orders on the next working day (0-1 working days). Transit time: delivery in the United Kingdom then takes 5-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays and Chinese public holidays. You see an estimate on every product page and in your cart.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We deliver to addresses in the United States only.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery. Start a return or read the returns policy.
Who pays for the return postage?
You do, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one. We refund the item price and the original delivery cost.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Compare your measurements with the size guide. Each product page also has a fit note. Between two sizes, choose the larger one for a relaxed fit.
Do the pieces look like the photos?
Yes. Every photo is made from the exact piece we send: true colour, fabric and length. If yours is not as shown, tell us and we put it right.
Coats and jackets
What size coat should I choose?
Your usual size. Our coats and jackets are cut to go over a knit. For a chunky layer underneath, or a looser look, choose one size up. Each product page has a fit note and the size guide.
Are your wool-look coats real wool?
Only when the product page gives a wool percentage. Most of our wool-look coats are a soft woven fabric that is mainly polyester. The fabric line on each page says exactly what it is.
How do I care for a wool-look coat?
Brush it after wearing, hang it on a wide hanger and let it air between wears. Spot clean small marks with a damp cloth. Dry clean it when it needs a full clean, and never tumble dry it.
Shoes
Which shoe size should I order?
Our shoes use US men's sizes. Measure your foot from the heel to the longest toe and check the size guide. Between two sizes, or with wide feet, choose the larger size.
Do you offer half sizes?
Not at the moment. If you are usually a half size, choose the next size up.
Knitwear
How do I wash my knitwear?
Hand wash it cool, or use the wool or delicates cycle. Press out the water gently, never wring it, and dry it flat in its shape. Fold knits rather than hanging them so they keep their length.
Offers
How does Buy more, save more work?
Buy 2 pieces and save 10%, buy 3 and save 15%, buy 4 or more and save 20%. Any mix of pieces, colours and sizes counts, and the saving comes off automatically in your bag.
