We deliver to addresses in the United States. This page goes with the terms of sale.

Cost

US delivery is free on every order.

Delivery times

Handling time: orders placed before 14:00 (UK time) on a working day are processed the same day, later orders on the next working day (0-1 working days). Transit time: delivery in the United Kingdom then takes 5-10 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays and Chinese public holidays. You see an estimate on every product page and in your cart. Once your order is on its way you get an email with the tracking link.

Customs, duties and taxes

Duties and import taxes are included in your price where our fulfilment partner ships DDP. Nothing more to pay on delivery for covered routes.

Outside the US

We deliver to the United States only for now.

Where your order comes from

Your order is packed and sent from our partner warehouse in China, with a tracked service all the way to your door. Returns go to our address in the Netherlands (see returns).
