Privacy
This page says what personal data we collect, why, who receives it and how to get it removed.
The controller is Market Generation, Eenmanszaak (sole proprietorship), registered in the Netherlands, Burgemeester Kerstenslaan 8, 4837 BM Breda, Netherlands, [email protected]. EU GDPR applies; US state privacy laws apply where they give you rights.
Orders
To deliver your order we keep your name, email address, delivery and billing address, optional phone number, what you bought and the payment status. Legal basis: the contract with you, and our legal duty to keep accounting records (7 years).
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers (Mollie, and PayPal when you choose it). They receive what they need to take the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Emails
Order emails are sent through our email provider. If you sign up for news and offers we send them until you unsubscribe (link in every email). Customers may get emails about products similar to what they bought (soft opt-in), with the same unsubscribe link.
Customer service
When you email us or use the contact form we keep the conversation to help you. Replies to support emails may be drafted with AI assistance (Anthropic as our processor); a person can always take over.
Visit measurement and cookies
We count visits with our own first-party analytics, without your name or email address. Our site may also load marketing tools (Meta and TikTok pixels, and Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 when switched on) and session recordings (Microsoft Clarity) on every visit. They measure whether our ads lead to a visit or an order. Every cookie is listed on our Cookies page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the shop keeps working.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and object to marketing at any time. Email [email protected].
US state privacy rights. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your data and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your data for money. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject "Opt out". We reply within 45 days.
